Checking Client Activation Status

Once you’ve invited clients to Liscio, you can easily track who has activated their account. This helps you follow up with anyone who hasn’t completed their setup.

From the Contacts Page

Use the tabs at the top of the Contacts page to check status:

  • All – All active (unarchived) contacts

  • New – Contacts who haven’t been invited yet

  • Invited – Contacts who’ve been sent an invite

  • Active – Contacts who accepted their invite

  • Expired – Contacts whose invite expired (invites expire after 7 days)

  • Archived – Contacts who’ve been deactivated

From a Contact Record

  1. Select a Contact

  2. Select the Details tab

  3. Hover over the colored bubble next to their name:

  • Gray – Not invited

  • Yellow – Invited, waiting on response

  • Green – Active (invite accepted)

  • Red – Invite expired

Note: Invites expire after 7 days.

From an Account Record

  1. Select an Account

  2. Go to the Contacts tab

  3. Hover over a Contact’s name to see their Contact Card

  4. The bubble color behind their name shows activation status (same colors as above)
