Once clients are invited to Liscio, there are several convenient ways to monitor the activation of their accounts. Tracking activation status allows you to follow up with clients who haven't completed their setup, ensuring they gain access to Liscio.
Client Activation Status From the Contacts Page
The tabs indicate the number of clients in each status:
All = All unarchived contacts
New = contacts that have not been sent a Liscio invite
Invited = contacts that have been sent a Liscio invite
Active = contacts who have accepted their Liscio invite
Expired = contact with expired Liscio invites (invites expire after 7 days)
Archived = contacts that have been deactivated
Client Activation Status When Viewing an Open Record
Click on a Contact to open the record.
Click Details.
Hover over the bubble behind their name:
Gray bubble = Not invited
Yellow bubble = Invited, pending acceptance
Green bubble = Invite accepted
Red bubble = Invite has expired (invites expire after 7 days)
