Requests simplify gathering necessary information from your clients, making it ideal for client onboarding, monthly close checklists, tax questionnaires, organizers, and return delivery. Create lists from scratch or leverage custom pre-built templates.
Navigate to the Requests Page.
Select the +Request button in the top-right corner.
Choose Request Type
Pick a blank request or an existing template.
For new requests, select Preview and Send after setup.
On the Review and Send page, choose a Due Date (applies to all recipients).
Select Recipients.
Select recipients from the provided list, which includes only individuals already invited to the system or those with email addresses.
You can send bulk requests to up to 100 recipients at once.
Review the details, make any necessary adjustments, then select Send Bulk Request.
