Deactivating an Employee

If an employee leaves your firm, you can archive their profile to remove their access to Liscio.

Archiving takes them off all Client Service Teams, blocks other users from messaging them, and prevents them from logging in.

However, all historical communication involving that employee is still retained. Firm users still have access to it after the user is deactivated.

Note: Only Firm Admins have permission to archive an employee.

  1. First, reassign the employee's Open and Pending Review tasks, including To Do tasks. You can do this one at a time, or use the Bulk Reassign Task Owner feature.

  2. Select the ellipsis (three dots) in the Left-Hand Menu.

  3. Select Admin β†’ Users.

  4. Select the employee you wish to deactivate.

  5. Select Archive Employee in the upper right-hand corner.

  6. Select Proceed.
