To Reopen an Archived Task:
Select the Tasks page from the left menu.
Select the Archived tab at the top.
Select the task you want to reopen.
Select the ellipsis (three dots) in the upper-right corner.
Select Re-open Task.
Note: Tasks cannot be reopened if the Contact or Employee has been deactivated.
If You Receive an Error:
Ensure the related Account is active.
Ensure the related Contact is active.
Ensure the Contact and Account listed on the Task are tied via a relationship.β
