Reopening Archived Tasks

To Reopen an Archived Task:

  1. Select the Tasks page from the left menu.

  2. Select the Archived tab at the top.

  3. Select the task you want to reopen.

  4. Select the ellipsis (three dots) in the upper-right corner.

  5. Select Re-open Task.

Note: Tasks cannot be reopened if the Contact or Employee has been deactivated.


If You Receive an Error:

  • Ensure the related Account is active.

  • Ensure the related Contact is active.

  • Ensure the Contact and Account listed on the Task are tied via a relationship.​
