To reopen an Archived Task:
Click on the Tasks page on the left side of the screen.
Click the Archived tab at the top.
Click on the task you want to reopen.
Click on the ellipses (three dots) in the upper-right corner.
Click Re-open Task.

Note: Tasks cannot be reopened if the contact or employee have been deactivated.
If you receive an error that the task cannot be reopened, please do the following:
Ensure the Account that the task is related to is active.
Ensure the Contact that the task is related to is active.
Ensure the Contact & Account are tied via a relationship.
