Manage To Go Item Tasks in Liscio
Manage To Go Item is a task that lets you inform clients when they need to pick something up or when you are mailing or delivering something to them.
Manage To Go Item Types:
Pickup: Client needs to pick up an item at the firm.
Mail: Firm will mail an item to the client.
Delivery: An item will be delivered to the client (online or by mail).
To Create a Manage To Go Item Task:
Select +Add New in the upper-left corner.
Select Task.
Select Manage To Go Items.
Select the Account and Contact.
Set a Due Date (or make it recurring).
Choose the To-Go Type.
Choose the Document Type.
Enter a Subject and Description, or select a task template from the subject line.
Select Create Task.
