If a Task is already sent to a client, use the Comments section to remind clients to complete the task, or to add any additional information to the Task. Sending a comment gives a fresh notification to your client!
When a new Comment is made by a client on a Task, a pink dot will appear next to the Task.
To Comment on a Task:
Select the Tasks page from the left menu.
Use Filter by to find the task you want to comment on.
Select Comments at the bottom of the task.
Type your comment into the blank box.
Select Add Comment.
Note: If the task is in Pending Review, adding a comment will move it back to Open, notify your client, and begin weekly auto-reminders if the task is overdue or coming due within the next week.
How Your Clients Can Comment on Tasks:
Select the task from the To Do List or Tasks menu.
Scroll to the Comments section.
Type their comment.
Select Add Comment to post.
Note: Your clients can comment on Open or Pending Review tasks, but not Archived tasks. If they comment on a Pending Review task, it will not move it to Open.
