403 Forbidden Error – International Access to Liscio
The 403 Forbidden Error occurs when trying to access Liscio from outside the United States. For security, Liscio only allows international access through a VPN (Virtual Private Network). A VPN protects your data by creating a secure, encrypted connection between your device and the internet. We recommend using a free VPN browser or browser extension for simplicity.
How to Set Up Opera VPN Browser (Free)
Download and install the Opera VPN Browser.
Select the Settings icon (upper-right corner).
Scroll down and select Go to browser settings.
Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced.
Locate the VPN settings and toggle on Enable VPN.
