Liscio streamlines each organizer by pulling in the client's prior-year information, creating a personalized and efficient experience.
When you're ready to export the documents and responses provided by clients:
A ZIP file will be available for download.
The ZIP file contains:
A full PDF with the client’s answers.
The source organizers from your tax software
Uploaded files, labeled and numbered in the requested order.
Exporting is available at any time, meaning you don’t need to wait for a client to fully submit the organizer before accessing or exporting their information.
Exporting Organizer Documents and Answers
Navigate to the Organizer from the Smart Tax page.
Use the ellipses on the right to open the menu.
Select Export Zip.
Once ready, you will receive a notification to navigate to the file to download.
The Zip file will also be automatically stored under the client's File section of their Contact and Account record.
