Linking Clients in Liscio & QBO

You can create and link new records in QuickBooks or Liscio directly from the Liscio integrations page. In Liscio, only Firm Admins have this ability.

Linking Records

  1. Click the ellipses (three dots) in the lower-left corner, then Admin, then Integrations.

  2. Under the QuickBooks integration, click View Details.

  3. Use the search box to find an unmatched record.

    1. The auto-suggest box will suggest similar records to be synced. To sync those records, hover over the matched pair and click the link icon on the far right.

  4. Hover over the record and click the QuickBooks icon or the Liscio icon on the far right.

  5. Click the blue Create in QuickBooks or Create in Liscio button.

  6. The Liscio Account and QuickBooks Customer will now be linked.

Delinking Liscio and QuickBooks Records

  1. Click the ellipses (three dots) in the lower-left corer, then click Admin, then Integrations.

  2. Under the QuickBooks integration, click View Details.

  3. Use the search box to find the record you would like to delink.

  4. Hover over the record and click the delink icon on the far right.

Deleting Records

The Liscio-QuickBooks integration does not auto-delete records. If a linked record is archived in Liscio, it will be de-linked from its corresponding record in QuickBooks, but will not be deleted in QuickBooks. If a linked record is deleted in QuickBooks, it will be de-linked from its corresponding record in Liscio, but will not be archived in Liscio.
