Liscio’s Microsoft SharePoint integration lets you attach SharePoint files directly to your Messages, Tasks, Requests, and eDocs and export files from the Liscio Vault directly into SharePoint.
Connect Microsoft SharePoint to Liscio
In Liscio, select your name (Profile Settings) from the vertical (left-hand) menu.
On your profile settings page, select Third-party Apps.
Under the Document Management Systems header, select Connect under the SharePoint section to authenticate your SharePoint account.
Log in to your SharePoint account and select Allow to grant Liscio access to your SharePoint account.
Send SharePoint File(s) to Clients
Navigate and select +Add New in the vertical menu.
From the side menu, choose the type of item you want to create.
Select Browse under Attachments.
Under File, select Document Management System (DMS).
Select SharePoint from the drop down menu.
Under Files, select the files you want to upload and send.
Select Upload to successfully attach the file.
Export Client File(s) into Microsoft SharePoint
Navigate and select the Files page in the vertical menu.
Use the checkboxes to select the Files you wish to Export to SharePoint.
Go to the bottom of the screen and select the file icon located in the Icon Tray.
Select SharePoint as the Destination.
Navigate through your SharePoint until you locate the folder you wish the files to be exported to.
Select Export Files.
