Microsoft OneDrive File Integration

Liscio’s OneDrive integration lets you attach OneDrive files directly to your Messages, Tasks, Requests, and eDocs and export files from the Liscio Vault directly into OneDrive.

Connect Microsoft One Drive to Liscio

  1. In Liscio, select your name (Profile Settings) from the vertical (left-hand) menu.

  2. On your profile settings page, select Third-party Apps.

  3. Under the Document Management Systems header, select Connect under the OneDrive section to authenticate your OneDrive account.

  4. Log in to your OneDrive and select Allow to grant Liscio access to your OneDrive account.

Send OneDrive Files to Clients:

  1. Navigate and select Add New in the vertical left-hand menu.

  2. From the side menu, choose the type of item you want to create.

  3. Select Browse under Attachments.

  4. Under File, select Document Management System (DMS).

  5. Select OneDrive from the drop down menu.

  6. Under Files, select the files you want to upload and send.

  7. Select Upload to successfully attach the file.

Export Client File(s) into Microsoft OneDrive

  1. Navigate and select the Files page in the vertical left-hand menu.

  2. Use the checkboxes to select the files you wish to export to OneDrive.

  3. Go to the bottom of the screen and select the file icon located in the Icon Tray.

  4. Select OneDrive as the Destination.

  5. Navigate through your OneDrive until you locate the folder you want to export the files to.

  6. Select Export Files.
