Your ELO is your fan score. It reflects how you listen to and support artists, and it's shown on your profile. Your ELO determines the value of your Gems and helps you unlock special accesses.

Gems are rewards you collect as you use the app; for example, you receive a bonus when you start a Premium subscription. You can spend your Gems to unlock discounts. Track your balance in Profile > Wallet.
