The Monthly Check-In Report delivers your email health overview straight to your inbox once a month — no need to log into ListDefender.

Here’s what the report includes:

  • Email Health Overview – See your total email platform numbers at a glance

  • Latest Scan Results – Breakdown of red, yellow, and green contacts

  • Engagement Summary – Opens, clicks, and trends showing who’s active and who’s ghosting

  • New Contact Activity – Track new contacts added since the last scan

  • FormDefender Activity – View blocked bots, typos, and valid signups

How to turn on Monthly Check-In Reports:

  1. Log in to your ListDefender account.

  2. Go to the top right corner and click Account Settings & Billing.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. For your connected app, switch Monthly Check-In Report ON.

  5. Add email addresses of anyone else you’d like to receive the report (separate by commas).

  6. Click Save.

That’s it! You and your team will now get automatic monthly reports with key email health insights delivered directly to your inbox.
