FormDefender Embed Code Update & Compatibility Mode
What Changed?
We updated the FormDefender embed code in response to recent changes made in HighLevel.
Do I Need to Update My Existing Forms?
No action is required.
All existing FormDefender installations will continue to work as expected. You do not need to update or replace embed codes on forms that are already live.
Default Embed vs. Compatibility Mode
Default Embed (Recommended):
This is the updated embed code and should be used in most cases.Compatibility Mode:
Some website builders or form/page platforms may have issues rendering the updated embed code. If you encounter errors, you can enable Compatibility Mode, which displays the previous (legacy) embed code instead.
When Should I Use Compatibility Mode?
Only use Compatibility Mode if:
You see errors when embedding FormDefender
Your website or page builder does not properly load the default embed
If everything is working normally, we recommend continuing to use the default embed code.
