Listrak's Link Editor allows you to replace a link in a broadcast message that has already been sent. This updated link will create a redirect from the original message to direct to the new location when a contact clicks through the link after changes have been made.

Locate Your Message

The twelve most recently sent messages will appear on the Email Home Dashboard. If you are editing one of these messages, navigate to the correct message and click on the link icon.

To edit the link on other messages, visit the Message History report by navigating to Analytics > Message Analytics Message History.

πŸ’‘ Use the date options in the filter to show or hide messages based on the date sent.

Click the Link Editor icon under the message preview for the desired message.

Edit Your Links

When landing on the link editor page, the subject line of the message you're editing will appear at the top of the page, followed by a split screen preview of the message and a link editor.

Editing Links from the Creative Version

πŸ’‘ If you have sent a message that contains both plain text and designed creative (in HTML or Email) be sure to update both links.

Scroll through the list of links, or click on the location in the preview of the message to locate the link that needs to be updated. The location in the message and in the list of links will be highlighted.

In the text box, replace the current URL with the new, updated link. Use the Test button to confirm the newly added link directs to the correct location.

Once you're finished editing, you can save your changes at the bottom of the page.
