Progress Monitor

Learn how to monitor the status of your list sends and imports.

The progress monitor allows you to see the current status of files that are processing, have just been completed, or queued on your account. Completed processes will only be shown in the progress monitor for recent activity within about one hour. Each section includes the list name, status, as well as the start and end time.

Campaign Sends

In the campaign sends tab, you will see any broadcast message sends. Sends that are currently processing will display a start time and the status bar will show the current percentage of the send that has completed in green.

List Imports

The list imports tab shows two different types of imports: imports made by API calls or imports from the List Import Wizard. This tab will display any import API calls you are making, but will also reflect API calls that are part of your Listrak Integration. For example, you may see imports for campaigns such as Abandonment or Post Purchase that are powered by your Listrak Integration.

List Updates

The List Updates tab also shows two types of updates. If you have any suppression lists attached to your lists you will see updates when you attach a new list to the suppression list as it cross-references unsubscribe status on any other lists tied to the suppression list. The second type of list update appears when you write data into a new segmentation field when doing a list import or using the add/update profile data button when viewing a list of contacts.

Accessing Information about Older Imports

The Import Summary displays a log of imports from the last 30 days, allowing you to access information about imports older than an hour.
