Dynamic Content Reporting

The message activity report allows you to view analytics for messages that were sent to your list – but you can take it one step further by viewing the analytics of your messages that contain dynamic content by clicking the dynamic content icon.

To access the reporting, navigate to Analytics > Message Analytics Message Activity.

Locate the specific message and click on the dynamic content icon.

You will then see the same metrics on the message activity report, but only for the selected message. The reporting is broken out by the versions that were in the email.

Dynamic Content in Listrak Conductor

If you're using dynamic content in your automated campaigns, such as a Welcome Series, you can view analytics associated wit these messages in your Conversation analytics.

Navigate to Analytics > General Analytics Conversation Analytics > Thumbnail View (square icon).

Click the Three Line Icon to open additional reporting

Any message with the dynamic icon next to the message name contained dynamic content. Click on the icon to view the metrics for each variation.
