Terms of Use
Your use of the service, and your purchase and use of products or services through the service, are at your sole risk. The app and related products or services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026. This policy applies to ListTimer provided by LEMON, LIMITED LIABILITY CO.
ListTimer does not send timer titles, timer durations, repeat settings, or end times to its diagnostics, advertising, or support services. Android and iOS send limited product-usage events to Mixpanel to improve the app. Except for the timer data described above and the analytics, advertising, support, and purchase-related data expressly described below, other app data remains on the device and may be included in Android OS backups depending on the device's backup settings. An active timer session and installation-scoped Intercom and Firebase Messaging user/device identifiers, configuration, push token, and related local support state are excluded from OS backup and device transfer.
Diagnostics
For diagnostics, ListTimer uses Sentry. It may receive crash or exception type, stack information, app version, technical OS/device information, and service-specific pseudonymous identifiers. Automatic crash reports can include exception details, including an exception message. App-authored non-fatal diagnostic events remove the original exception message and do not deliberately attach timer content. Sentry replay, screenshots, view hierarchy, interaction tracking, and default PII collection are disabled.
Anonymous usage data
Android and iOS send limited product-usage events to Mixpanel without requiring a separate setting action. It receives a limited set of ad, paywall, purchase, trial-state, and free rest-interval usage events, plus installation-scoped first-launch, first timer-start/completion/cancellation, and first-adoption events for repeat, restart, theme color, alarm sound, support, help, and the update banner. A free rest-interval event includes selected seconds, previously saved seconds, and the fixed free-limit value. The Mixpanel SDK may also attach technical attributes such as OS and OS version, device manufacturer, brand and model, screen dimensions and density, NFC or telephony capability, carrier, and Wi-Fi or Bluetooth state to those events. IP-based geolocation and automatic events are disabled. Mixpanel does not receive timer titles, timer durations, repeat counts or other repeat-setting values, end times, purchase tokens, order IDs, or support messages; only first adoption of the repeat feature is reported. Users can turn this setting off at any time to stop new product-event collection; data already transmitted is subject to the configured retention policy of the service. Paywall attribution from before consent is not stored for later transmission.
Advertising
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads and consent-management services. The advertising SDK may process approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, advertising ID, App Set ID, and related identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Available consent and ad controls vary by region and device settings.
Support
When a user opens feedback or help, ListTimer uses Intercom. ListTimer does not initialize Intercom or request an FCM token until one of those support surfaces is opened for the first time. After that activation, ListTimer initializes Intercom on later app launches so reply notifications can continue. A support message, optional attachments, app name and platform, app version, plan class, OS/API version, language, notification availability, and a short support correlation ID may be sent. Depending on the production Intercom configuration, Messenger interactions, SDK diagnostics, and SDK-recorded crash information may also be processed after support activation. ListTimer registers the shared display label “ListTimer Android User” so support staff can identify the app and platform; it does not automatically register a user's real name, email address, timer content, or analytics identifier. If Intercom is unavailable, the app opens the public Help Center or email. Android 2.2.0 does not use Helpshift. Some iOS installations from before the support migration may connect to Helpshift to access previous support history. Firebase Cloud Messaging is used only to deliver support reply notifications; Firebase Analytics, Remote Config, and Crashlytics are not used. The Intercom SDK may obtain an FCM token during initialization before support login. ListTimer's app-owned explicit token registration runs only after a successful support login for the current request generation. On Android 13 and later, ListTimer offers notification permission after the user returns from support. Continuing without support notifications does not suppress the timer-notification permission flow.
Purchases
Google Play Billing is used to confirm and restore Plus purchases. Purchase tokens and order IDs are not sent to Sentry, Mixpanel, or Intercom.
Data sales and contact
ListTimer does not sell user data. To request access to or deletion of support conversations and attachments, Mixpanel profiles or events, or diagnostic records that can be linked to your installation or support conversation, email umekun123@gmail.com. Include your support correlation ID or conversation details when available. We will verify the request and, within 30 days, complete deletion or explain any data that must be retained and the reason. Data needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing obligations is retained only for the applicable legal period. De-identified or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained. Google Play purchase records and Google advertising data are controlled by Google under its own retention rules; ListTimer does not store full payment data. Backup copies held by service providers may remain until their normal backup cycle expires. If the relevant installation, service record, or conversation cannot be identified, deletion may not be possible.
