DAP (Delivered at Place)

Voltaplex is responsible for delivering goods to your destination address, however after arrival of goods in the destination country, you must complete customs clearance, duties, and taxes by yourself.

DAP shipping terms are fast, with good tracking, and use carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL. This is our most popular shipping method.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)

Voltaplex is responsible for delivering goods to your destination address. We are also responsible for clearing the goods through customs, paying the duties and taxes, and obtaining all necessary documentation to do so.

Since it is difficult to understand all local regulations, DDP is not offered for all destinations. DDP is provided by Special Line shipping method which is slower than normal. With Special Line, sometimes, the goods can only be tracked once they enter the destination country.  Special Line routes sometimes only fly out once or twice per week.
