Typical battery packs have a warranty period of 365 days.
Step 1: Analyze
To evaluate what went wrong, we need comprehensive data including the following when applicable:
Video
Photographs
Reports (like performance, environmental and operating conditions, etc.)
Step 2: Solve
If something went wrong, we have the following options:
Send materials for self-repair
Contract local repair service
Send replacement
Remarks
We will not replace batteries that were misused.
Never send us any goods directly. Not only could this violate shipping regulations, but often producing a replacement is less expensive.
Avoid under-voltage conditions by charging packs/cells after receiving them.
Prioritize educating everyone in the supply chain about the potential dangers of lithium-ion, including improper use conditions like storage of cell in a pocket leading to short-circuit, over-current, and so on.
