Why is the LiPo (Lithium Polymer) MOQ for small-capacity cells is high?

Small LiPo battery cells are mainly manufactured with a winding process. This is more difficult and manual than the lamination process used to produce large-capacity LiPo battery cells.ย

As such, the cost to produce them is also relatively higher. Some costs are incurred when the machinery is activated, and if the quantity too low, the factory will not make a profit or lose money.ย

If you require low-capacity LiPo cells we suggest you make a longer-term purchase plan to handle at least 5000 battery cells for each production run.
