Overview

LiveRecover is now available for BigCommerce merchants. Leverage the power of personalized SMS conversations from live agents to recover abandoned carts. This guide will walk you through the integration process, including installation, setup, and billing activation.


Installing the LiveRecover App

Follow these steps to install and integrate it with your store:

  1. Search for LiveRecover and click “Get This App” to initiate the setup process.

  2. Click on “Log in”.


Completing Account Setup

After the initial installation, the onboarding will prompt for additional details:

  1. Provide Required Data: Some fields must be manually completed before proceeding.

  2. Create a strong password

  3. Add the required compliance language at checkout by following this quick guide.

Upon completion, LiveRecover will sync with your BigCommerce store, allowing seamless tracking of abandoned carts.


Billing Setup

Currently, billing for BigCommerce stores is handled via Stripe. Follow these steps to activate billing:

  1. Go to the Billing Section within LiveRecover.

  2. Under the plan that best suits your needs, click the Activate Billing button.

  3. You will be redirected to Stripe checkout for payment setup.

  4. Complete the Stripe payment process to activate your LiveRecover subscription.

Once billing is confirmed, your LiveRecover dashboard will reflect the activated status.


Setting up Your Your Flows

  1. Navigate to the Flows Section in LiveRecover.

  2. Set up the audience segment that you want to target such as customer type, product collection in cart, etc.

  3. Set up your discount code.

  4. Save and activate your flow

This ensures your abandoned cart recovery flows are correctly synchronized with BigCommerce.


Troubleshooting & Support

If you encounter any issues during integration:

  • Check Billing Status: Ensure billing is activated.

  • Refresh Integration: Click the refresh button on the Integrations Page.

  • Log Out & Back In: Sometimes, re-logging can resolve sync issues.
