What it does
Subscription Triggers turn subscription events into real text conversations. When something happens to a subscription (a charge fails, a customer cancels, a renewal is at risk), LiveRecover reaches out by SMS and a real agent helps save it, so you keep revenue you'd otherwise lose.
It works with ReCharge, Skio, and Smartrr.
Available triggers
You can start a conversation off any of these subscription events:
Renewal Charged: a subscription renewal payment goes through
Payment Failed (Will Retry): a charge fails but will be retried
Payment Failed (Final): a charge fails for the last time
Subscription Started: a customer starts a new subscription
Subscription Changed: a customer updates their subscription
Subscription Resumed: a paused subscription becomes active again
Subscription Paused: a customer pauses their subscription
Subscription Cancelled: a customer cancels their subscription
Subscription Ended: a subscription ends
Most brands start with recovering failed payments and winning back cancellations, but you can run a conversation off any of the events above.
Getting set up
Step 1: Connect your subscription platform
Connect your ReCharge, Skio, or Smartrr account to LiveRecover. Go to Settings>Integrations.
Once you save the credentials, make sure to click on "Connect Webhooks".
Step 2: Email us to set up your flows
Once you're connected, email us at support@liverecover.com and we'll set up your subscription flows for you, including the copy and the triggers you want to run. You don't need to build anything yourself.
How it works
A subscription event fires (for example, a failed charge)
LiveRecover texts the customer right away (or you can choose a custom delay)
A real agent handles the reply and helps them fix the payment or keep their subscription
The payment is recovered or the subscription is saved, automatically
