We text your customers in accordance with all regulatory quiet periods, based on their specific time zone.

Messaging Hours

We are actively texting your customers every day of the week—including weekends—between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in their respective time zones. Your customers will not receive texts during the quiet periods, which are anytime before 8:00 AM and after 9:00 PM in their time zone. Any messages queued overnight are sent out the following morning.

Default Messaging Hours for U.S. Compliance

We operate from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM based on each customer’s respective time zone. However, in cases where a customer’s location isn’t available at the time of cart abandonment, we default to sending messages between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time.

This default time frame ensures full compliance with U.S. regulations across all time zones, guaranteeing that all messages are sent during permissible hours nationwide. While we aim to send messages based on each customer's specific time zone, defaulting to this window ensures maximum compliance and coverage.
