To create a general discount in LiveRecover, do the following:
On the left hand side, click on Workflows
2. Click on "Create Workflow"
3. Under the Conditions section, remove the default “AND” condition
4. Scroll down to the Discount section and enter the general discount you want to offer for all abandoned carts
5. Click on “Launch Workflow” on the top right hand corner
Your general discount is now all set up! Remember that this discount will be offered to all customers who abandon checkout and fall outside of any other workflows you have set up.
