We've got some exciting updates in LiveRecover 2.0! We listened to our customers so we think you'll love what we've done with the latest version. Here's a quick rundown of what's changed:

Fresh New Look:

Dashboard 2.0 comes with a cleaner and more user-friendly interface.

  1. Insights:

Dashboard 2.0 includes an "Insights" feature with a new graph to show a visual of your performance. This provides you with valuable data and trends directly within your dashboard.

2. Conversations:

We've revamped the conversations feature. Now, you can easily view all conversations with your customers. You can also see more information like link clicks, code usage, etc.

3. Workflows (Replaces Segmentation):

Segments from 1.0 are replaced by "Workflows" in 2.0. These workflows enable you to automate tasks and enhance your workflow management. It also allows you to create discounts and edit the initial message sent to your customer as well as the agent’s response.

Additionally, there are advanced discounts that allow you to stack codes for customers or get more granular on what products codes are available for.

Our Workflows tool now allows for more customer segmenting based on their subscription status to SMS and/or email.


4. Knowledge Base (Replaces Collaborate tab):

Collaborate in 1.0 is now replaced by "Knowledge Base" in 2.0. You can create entries to empower our agents to answer customer questions quickly — reducing intervention from your team.

You can also use the Auto-Capture feature which allows you to automatically pull content from your existing FAQ page to populate the Knowledge Base with up-to-date information.

5. Trust Hub:

Trust Hub allows you to ensure you’re compliant with rules and regulations that govern the SMS marketing space.

You can click on each one and it will give you an option to “Recheck” compliance.

6. Orders:

You can view all your orders and recent activity in this section. In 2.0 you can filter your orders by:

  • Recovered

  • Complete

  • Discount Sent

  • Messaged

Miscellaneous:

You can find your account settings by clicking on the gear icon on the bottom left side

It includes the following:

  1. Account details

  2. Shop settings

  3. Billing

  4. Integrations

  5. Members

These changes aim to improve your experience and provide you with more powerful tools. We hope you find these updates valuable.
