Our team are working on adding help articles all the time, but to start with you'll find a number of articles to get you started.

Ask the LiveLocal 'BenBot'

Lovingly named after our co-founder "Ben", the LiveLocal chat bot just "knows things", so try asking it! You can either reply when BenBot offers some help, or you can start a new conversation and he will suggest answers to you.

Here is what the BenBot looks like when he's being helpful:

Search for answers yourself

You can search for answers to questions yourself using our Article search.

1. Click on the Help Icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

2. Type you want to know in the search box and click the blue arrow to search.

3. Select the article that matches your question.

Chat with us

You can chat with us live or leave a message for the LiveLocal support team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The volunteer teams' official hours are Monday to Friday, 6pm to 8pm, however there are some dedicated helpers who often check messages throughout the day, and even most weekends.

1. Click on the Help Icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

2. Click on "New conversation" in the new window.

3. You'll be asked a few questions so we can work out how best to help you.

4. Once you have finished answering a few quick questions, including letting us know your email address, the BenBot will pass your message along to the team.

Response times

On average, we try to keep our response times to within 2 hours, but it depends on the volume of requests and the number of volunteers we have working on that day. As a maximum, we aim to reply to all messages within 1 working day.
