The level of refund your host provides will depend on how close to your check-in date your trip is, at the time of your cancellation.
If you’d like to request a bigger refund from your host, than the minimum offered by the LiveLocal cancellation policy, you can send a request to your host through the message system and ask them to consider your particular situation. Any additional refund or credit will be at your host's discretion.
