Partner Portal

The Partner Portal is a place where Liveto reports can be shared with external parties. Please keep in mind what information you are allowed to disclose.

The Partner Portal is an additional service, so please always contact Liveto before using it. Liveto will always assist in creating the portal and resources.


My Portals

In the My Portals section, you can create new shareable reports (i.e. portals) and view existing ones.

+ Create

  • Name – the name of the portal

  • Added resources – lists the added resources

    • Name – the name of the resource

    • Type – the type of the resource

    • Required parameters – fetches the correct data for the report

    • Width and height – define the report size

  • Available resources – pre-made resources available for use, add them via the + sign

  • Save – creates the portal (i.e. report)

You can view your own portals (reports) by clicking the portal name or via the actions menu:

  • View – displays the portal (report)

  • Each report can be downloaded from the three-dot menu

  • Settings – edit settings here, e.g. share the portal

    • Contains the same settings as in the creation stage

  • Delete – removes the resource

  • Add parameter – you can also add a parameter afterwards

  • Add share – shares the portal (report)

    • User email – you can only enter one email at a time

    • Organizer slug – organizer name, provided by Liveto

    • Expiration time – the share link expires after this time. If left empty, the share will not have a time limit.

    • Save

  • Copy portal – duplicates the portal

  • Delete portal – deletes the portal


Portals Shared With Me

Lists the portals (reports) that have been shared with you. You can access a portal (report) by clicking its name or through the actions menu.

Reports can be downloaded from the three-dot menu.
