A gift card can only be purchased from the event organizer's specified online store. Liveto does not sell any platform-wide gift cards. You can pay for the gift card using the payment methods offered by Paytrail, as well as with culture benefits (kulttuurietu). Please note that when paying with culture benefits, the gift card is personal and non-transferable.

A possible processing fee and payment method surcharge will be added to the price of the gift card at the time of purchase. The event organizer decides which products and services the gift card can be used for, as well as its validity period (3, 6, or 12 months), and is responsible for communicating this information. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. After purchase, you will receive a PDF gift card with a unique code by email.

Event organizers can also offer a gift card as a payment method. Liveto does not have platform-wide gift cards.

A gift card can only be used as a payment method to purchase products and services defined by the event organizer that issued it, in the Liveto webstore. The code is entered in the shopping cart under Discount codes, Gift card code.

The gift card can be used in one go or in several installments: if any balance remains after an order, it can be used later to pay for a new order. If the balance is less than the order total, the difference can be paid using another available payment method (Paytrail's payment methods). The gift card must be used within its validity period, and any unused or expired balance will not be refunded.
