Tickets for events can be paid for using employee payment methods such as Epassi or SmartumPay. Physical vouchers are not accepted as a payment method online. Only the mentioned employee payment methods are accepted.

If an employee payment method is available for an event, this will be indicated in the "Payment Methods" section of the event page information box or during the payment method selection stage of the checkout process.

Select the employee payment method from the list of payment options in the shopping cart. After selecting, the cart will direct you to confirm the payment by logging into the respective service.

Do not attempt to pay manually through a separate application. The full order amount can be paid using the cultural payment method—orders cannot be split between an employee payment method and another payment method.

A service fee of 4 % will be added to payments made using employee payment methods (effective from June 10, 2024). This fee is added to the total order amount after selecting the payment method.
