I want to return my ticket

According to the terms of use and delivery, paid tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable — the purchase is binding. Unless the event is canceled or rescheduled, tickets cannot be refunded. You can find more information about refunds for canceled or rescheduled events here.

For hotel bookings, specific cancellation rights apply. Please check the event page for more detailed information.

I want to cancel my order for a gift card or product

Under Finnish consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order by notifying the service provider within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Liveto by using the refund form. When requesting a refund, please provide the order code.

I want to exchange my ticket

According to the terms of use and delivery, paid tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and the purchase is binding. However, in certain cases, we may allow the entire order to be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value within the same event, provided the original order was paid using Paytrail payment methods. For orders containing multiple tickets, individual tickets cannot be exchanged — the entire order must be exchanged. Tickets purchased using cultural payment methods cannot be exchanged. Exchange requests must be submitted to Liveto at least 4 business days before the event starts.

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Purchase new tickets
    Buy the new tickets yourself either from the event page on our platform or from the event’s official website.

  2. Submit a refund request
    After successfully placing your new order, fill out the refund request form and include the details of both your original order and the new order.

  3. We will review your request
    Once we receive your message, we will evaluate whether your request meets the exchange criteria.

    • If the event organizer has not prohibited exchanges, and the conditions are met, we will process the refund.

  4. Deductions from the refund
    Please note that the following will be deducted from the refundable amount:

    • Liveto’s service fee and/or handling fee (if included in the ticket price)

    • Any applicable payment method fees

  5. Refund processing

    • The refund will be made through Paytrail to the original payment method.

    • If Paytrail is unable to access your account number, you will be contacted by email.

    • Otherwise, the refund will be completed within one month at the latest.

If the event organizer does not allow exchanges or the above conditions are not met, Liveto may decline the exchange request in accordance with our terms of use and delivery.

I want to resell my ticket

You may resell or transfer your ticket at your own risk. Liveto does not provide a platform for this and is not responsible for it. For festivals, sports events, theaters, concerts, or similar events, the name on the ticket is not important.

For corporate events, please refer to the event page or event website for additional instructions. Typically, participant information needs to be updated on the ticket. The ticket purchaser can update the information via their Liveto account or through the link in the ticket confirmation email.
