I Can't Find My Ticket

If you can't find your ticket, please check your email's spam folder and search for the keyword "Liveto." If the ticket isn't in your email, you can find all your tickets on your Liveto account. If you haven't created a Liveto account yet, you can sign up here. Use the same email address you used for your purchase. Your tickets will be available under the "Orders" section of your account.

Tickets Haven't Arrived

Tickets are sent to your email immediately after a successful purchase, but no later than 24 hours. If the tickets don't arrive in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

It's possible that sometimes the email containing your tickets gets caught in the email firewall and doesn't arrive correctly. In such cases, you can log in to your Liveto account, which allows you to download your tickets again.

If the ticket is not found in your Liveto account's orders, please contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@liveto.io.

I Was Charged an Extra Fee

For issues related to extra charges or errors in payment transactions, please contact asiakaspalvelu@liveto.io and provide a screenshot of the charges or reference details. This will expedite the resolution process.

Will I Receive a Receipt for My Purchase?

A receipt with VAT details will be included with the ticket email.
