At the event, you can show your ticket from your device or possibly print it out. The ticket can be scanned using the QR code on it.

Some events may use event passes or a guest list. Please check the event page or the event's website for more details.

Your ticket can be found under "My Orders" when you log in to your Liveto account using the email address you used to make the purchase.

Within Liveto customer service hours, you can also inquire about your ticket via email or chat. Customer service is open weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.

If the ticket cannot be found using the above methods, please contact the event organizer at the event.
