On the Liveto platform, virtual, hybrid events, and webinars are also organized. The login method for each event varies.
When Liveto Account Login is Required
To access a virtual event, you need to have a Liveto account. We recommend creating an account before the event day, but you can also create one during the event.
To create a Liveto account, go to the event page and click "Log In" or "Create Account." Alternatively, you can create an account here: Create Liveto Account.
First, enter your email address in the field provided. You will then need to verify your email address by clicking the activation link sent to your email or by entering the code from the email into the login page. To complete the account creation, enter your user details.
NOTE: Create your Liveto account using the same email address with which you registered for the event or purchased a ticket. The access to the event is linked to this email address.
On your Liveto account, under "Orders," you can view your orders, including your registration for the event.

When Guest Login is Available at the Event
If guest login is enabled for the event, you can participate using a nickname without creating a Liveto account. Note: Users who join with a nickname can participate in the general chat but cannot send private messages, make private video calls, schedule meetings, or view their activity.
How to Enter a Virtual Event or Webinar
To join a virtual event or webinar, click the "Join Event" (or similar) button on the event page. The event page will indicate if the platform is not yet open.
General Guidelines for Virtual Events or Webinars
We recommend using the Chrome browser, but the platform also works with other browsers. Ensure your browser is updated, as outdated versions may degrade the virtual experience.
If you experience audio or video issues, try logging out and refreshing or restarting your browser window. Also, check your firewall settings if part of the content is not visible or if you encounter other technical issues.

Unable to Access the Virtual or Webinar Platform
First, check the required login method for the event. If Liveto account login is necessary, refer to the instructions under "When Liveto Account Login is Mandatory." Ensure that you created your account using the same email address used to purchase tickets. If you haven't bought a ticket or registered for the event, this may prevent entry. Also, verify that the platform is open; if it is not, the event page will indicate the opening time (e.g., "Platform opens on XX.XX.XXXX at XX").
Stream Not Working
If the stream on the Liveto platform isn't working, first ensure that your internet connection is stable. Next, check if you've pressed the play button, as some streams require manual activation. Also, confirm that the sound is enabled on both the stream and your device. If these are in order, try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in. If there are issues with the broadcast itself, notifications are typically posted in the platform's chat.
