What to do if the products I created are not showing in the store
If you've created products for your event following Liveto's management instructions, but they are not appearing on the event page or in the embedded store, check the following settings:
Check the Sales Timing: Ensure the product's sales start time is correctly set. The product will not appear if the sales have not started. You can find this setting under "Sales and Registration."
Visibility Setting: Verify that the setting for "Show in event stores and event pages" is enabled. This setting can be found under "Sales and Registration" in additional settings.
Product Addition to Event Page: Confirm that the product has been added to the event page. You can check this in the store settings on the event page.
Embedded Event Store: If you are using an embedded event store on your website, check that the product has been correctly added to the appropriate phase. You can verify this under "Custom Solutions" in the event store settings.
