Organizer Overview
The Organizer section provides comprehensive management tools and insights for your events. Here's how to navigate and use each feature:
Summary Tab
Get a complete overview of all your events with these metrics:
Orders: Total number of orders made this month or this week.
Products: Total number of products sold this month or this week.
Events: Overview of upcoming, completed, active, and canceled events.
Sales: Total sales, organizer's share of sales, and Liveto's share including service fees.
Cash Flow: A chart displaying the organizer's cash flow.
Information Tab
Modify your contact and company information here:
Organizer Information: Name, business ID, address details.
Payment Information: Bank account number and e-invoicing details for settlements and invoices from Liveto.
Public Profile: Customize your visibility on event pages, including main images, background images, name, and description visible to customers.
Pricing Tab
View organizer-specific pricing details:
Customer Success Fee and Event Shop Customization Fee: Not currently managed here.
Liveto's Share: Service fees charged on sold products.
Reports Tab
Access summaries of all your event sales and orders:
Sales Reports: Overview of sales, including organizer's share and Liveto's service fees.
Order Reports: Details of all orders including status and customer information.
Filling Rate Reports: Product availability and sales progress.
Time-bound Reports: Sales data based on specific time frames.
Sales:
Organizer Summary: Summary of sales across all events.
Category/Product: Sold products categorized.
Discount Code: Applied discount codes.
Total Products Sold: All products sold including those invoiced and paid.
Invoiced: Number of products currently invoiced.
Paid: Number of products paid for.
Admin Orders: Orders made by the administration.
Organizer Orders: Orders made by the organizer.
Canceled: Number of canceled products.
Price (€): Selling price per product.
Service Fee (€): Liveto's share of the sale.
Organizer's Share (€ incl. VAT): Organizer’s share including VAT.
Total Sales (€ incl. VAT): Total sales including VAT.
Total Sales (€ excl. VAT): Total sales excluding VAT.
Orders:
Order Time: When the order was placed.
Status: Order status.
Order Code: Unique order code.
Quantity: Number of items in the order.
Buyer: Buyer’s email address.
Product: Purchased product.
City: Buyer’s city.
Address: Buyer’s address.
Country: Buyer’s country.
Last Name: Buyer’s last name.
First Name: Buyer’s first name.
Postal Code: Buyer’s postal code.
Phone Number: Buyer’s phone number.
Additional Info: Additional information provided by the buyer.
Marketing Permission: Whether the buyer has given marketing permission.
Users
View and manage users associated with the organizer:
Users List: List of all users.
Invite New Users: Invite new users and assign roles. Enter the user’s email, select the language for the invite, choose the associated organizer, and assign a role.
Settings
Configure which subscriber information form is used for all your events. The form determines what information is requested from subscribers during registration or purchase:
Preview: Preview the current subscriber information form.
Clear: Clear the selection.
Change: Switch to a different form. More information about forms can be found under "Forms."
Organization
Manage multiple organizers under a single organization, allowing users to view information from multiple organizers simultaneously. This is useful for organizations with multiple venues or event locations. Contact Liveto to activate the organizational structure.
Organizers
View and manage organizers within your organization:
Add New Organizer: Create a new organizer with the following details:
Organizer Name: Official name of the organizer.
Add to Organization: Select the organization to which the organizer belongs.
Business ID: Business identification number.
Bank Account: Bank account details.
Address Details: Organizer's address information.
Users
Manage all users, invite new users, and assign roles. Use the "Invite New User" feature:
Email: User’s email address.
Invitation Language: Select the language for the invitation.
Organizer: Select the associated organizer.
Role: Assign a role from predefined options or create a custom role with specific permissions.
Invite: Send the invitation email.
Roles
Define user roles and permissions:
Role Name: Give the role a recognizable name.
Role Description: Optional description of the role.
Permissions: Select the desired permissions for the role from the list. Additional information about each permission can be found by clicking the info icon.
