Compilation report
The summary report gives you an overview of all your event activities for a selected day in one place.
Select the desired date from the date selection field to view that day’s data.
Attendance
Total Attendnacees (pcs) - Displays the total number of participants in your events. This is based on the number of scanned tickets (units) for the selected 24-hour period.
Chart - Shows a timeline of participant arrivals, providing a visual representation of how participants have arrived throughout the day.
All attendees within 24h - View all participants for the selected 24-hour period. You can download this data as an Excel file. Use the "Order Details" link to directly access and review specific orders.
Sales
Products sold in total (pcs) - The number of products sold during the selected 24-hour period, including free registrations.
Total Final Price (€) - The total price of sold products during the selected 24-hour period.
Total Price (€, VAT 0%) -The total price of sold products excluding VAT during the selected 24-hour period.
Chart - Displays a timeline of sales. You can choose to view the data in euros (€) or ammounts (pcs).
All sales within 24h - View all sold products for the selected 24-hour period. You can download this data as an Excel file. Use the "Order Details" link to directly access and review specific orders.
Refunds
Total amount of refunds (pcs) - The number of refunds processed during the selected 24-hour period, including free registrations.
Refund sum (€) - The total amount refunded during the selected 24-hour period.
Refund sum (€, vat 0€) - The total amount refunded excluding VAT during the selected 24-hour period.
Chart - Shows a timeline of refunds. You can choose to view the data in euros (€) or ammount (pcs).
All refunds within 24h - View all refunds for the selected 24-hour period. You can download this data as an Excel file. Use the "Order Details" link to directly access and review specific orders.
Organizer Reports – NEW
The Organizer Reports section allows you to view reports across multiple events at the same time. It also includes new filtering options to help you generate more detailed and targeted reports.
Sales Report
The Sales Report displays the number of products sold.
You can filter the report using the following criteria. If no filters are selected, the report will display all available data.
Event – Select one or more events.
Product Category – Select one or more product categories.
Product – Select one or more products.
Payment Method – Filter orders by one or more payment methods.
Product Type – Select one or more product types, for example to display only additional products.
Time – Filter the report by a selected time period.
Download – Click the three-dot menu and select Download to export the report.
You can sort the report by clicking any column heading (for example, newest to oldest).
Order Report
The Order Report displays order line information, including customer details.
You can filter the report using the following criteria. If no filters are selected, the report will display all available data.
Event – Select one or more events.
Product Category – Select one or more product categories.
Product – Select one or more products.
Payment Method – Filter orders by one or more payment methods.
Product Type – Select one or more product types, for example to display only additional products.
Time – Filter the report by a selected time period.
Download – Click the three-dot menu and select Download to export the report.
You can sort the report by clicking any column heading (for example, newest to oldest).
Participant Report
The Participant Report displays participant information.

Time-Based Sales Report
The Time-Based Sales Report displays sales data for events using calendar-based (time-based) sales.
You can filter the report using the same criteria as the other reports. If no filters are selected, the report will display all available data.
Daily View
The Daily View displays sales totals on a single row for each day.
Time Slot View
The Time Slot View provides a more detailed breakdown of products sold during each individual time slot.
If you want to view sales for a specific day, select the desired date using the time filter.
