Event Page
In this view, you can see a list of all your event pages. Event pages serve as the catalog for your event, where all products for sale are listed.
One event page is automatically created for each event. If you want to create another event page, click Create New Event Page. A newly created event page is private by default.
A public event page can be found through the event search on events.liveto.io.
A private event page means that the page will not be visible in the public search and is only accessible via a direct URL.
Settings
Access Key (Private Event Page) – hides the event page from the public search
Show Products Without VAT – product prices are shown to the customer without VAT; the price including VAT is shown in the order summary before payment
Open Product Listing in a modal – determines whether the shop opens as a side panel or in full screen
Use Simple Signup – define the format of the registration form (note: available only for free registrations)
Event Page Customization
Edit the appearance, text, and colors of the event pages.
Backgrounds – choose a background image or color for the event page and the content area's background
Header – define the colors and content of the event page header
Content – choose whether the content appears on the left or right, control the visibility of the virtual event, and customize the headings
Buttons – define the colors of the buttons on the event pages
Navigation – define the colors of the navigation buttons
Text – define the colors of texts
Schedules and Performers – define the colors for the schedule and performer sections
Tags – define the colors for keywords
Event Info – define which elements are visible in the event info section
Invitation Page – if the invite feature is used, personalize the content of the invitation page
Thank You Page – define the content of the thank you page that the customer sees after placing an order
Copy to All Event Pages – apply the customizations to all event pages
Save Changes – save changes for this specific event page
Event Page Translations
Edit the textual content on event pages.
Add Translation Row – select the content you want to replace from the key list. The content cannot be left empty and must be replaced with a term. Enter the alternative term in the field and save changes.
Event Shop
Products & Phasing
Choose how event products are listed in the shop on the event pages.
Simple Product Listing – in simple listing, all products are shown on a single tab in the shop. Choose which products to show below.
Use the toggle switches below to control which products appear in the shop. Note: product visibility can also be configured in product settings.
Phased Products – in phased view, you can create tabs in the shop to organize different products into phases.
Create and name a new phase, then choose the phase type (use the standard phase for regular products and tickets), select the products to show in this phase, and choose a custom icon for the tab.
Shop Customization
Edit the visual appearance of the event page shop view.
Buttons – define the color of the "Get Tickets" button
Header – define the shop header color and logo
Products – decide whether to show purchase limits for products in the shop
Shop Translations
Edit the textual content of the shop.
Add Translation Row – select the content you want to replace from the key list. The content cannot be left empty and must be replaced with a term. Enter the alternative term in the field and save changes.
Preview Shop – preview the current version of the shop
Copy to All Shops – apply the shop customizations to all event pages
Save Changes – saves the changes made
Order Information Form
The Order Information Form defines what is asked from the buyer during registration or the purchase phase. This determines what information is collected from buyers for products on this event page.
NOTE: Participant information is set separately under each product's settings. Read more under the "Forms" section.
Preview – preview the current buyer form
Use the dropdown to select the desired form type:
Default Form (automatically selected)
No Form – only the buyer’s email address is collected
Custom Form – choose a custom form you’ve created. More guidance in the "Forms" section.
