Sales Report

To view the sales data of your event, go to: Events -> Menu -> Reports & Analytics -> Sales Report.

This report provides an overview of your event’s sales situation. You can further narrow the report by selecting the Start and End Dates. You can download the report in Excel format from the download section. The report can also be sorted by clicking on specific rows, which will calculate the data for only the selected rows.

Event Summary

  • Total Cancellations (units) – The number of canceled products.

  • Products in Billing (units) – The number of products currently being billed.

  • Total Products Sold (units) – The total sales quantity of products. This amount has been reduced by canceled products but includes products still in billing and unpaid.

  • Total Event Sales (€ incl. VAT) – The total sales of the event in euros, including VAT.

Event Breakdown

  • Category/Product – Sold product.

  • Discount Code – Any discount code used.

  • Total Sold Products (incl. billed and paid) – Total quantity of sold products.

  • In Billing – Quantity of products in billing.

  • Paid – Quantity of paid products.

  • Admin Orders (units) – Number of orders made by Liveto staff.

  • Organizer Orders (units) – Number of orders made by the organizer.

  • Canceled – Quantity of canceled products.

  • Price (€) – Selling price of the product.

  • Service Fee (€) – Liveto’s share of the sale.

  • Organizer Share (€ incl. VAT) – Organizer’s share in euros including VAT.

  • Sales with Tax (€) – Total sales with tax in euros.

  • Sales without Tax (€) – Total sales without tax in euros.

Order Report

This report provides details about the customers. You can search for information by the Start and End Dates. Download the report in Excel format from the download section.

  • Order Time – When the order was made.

  • Payment Time – When the order was paid.

  • Status – Order status (paid, in billing, canceled, admin order, or organizer order).

  • Order Code – Unique order code.

  • Quantity – Quantity of products in the order.

  • Customer – Customer’s email address.

  • Product – Purchased product.

  • City – Customer’s city.

  • Address – Customer’s address.

  • Country – Customer’s country.

  • Last Name – Customer’s last name.

  • First Name – Customer’s first name.

  • Postal Code – Customer’s postal code.

  • Phone Number – Customer’s phone number.

  • Additional Information – Additional details provided by the customer.

  • Marketing Permission – Whether the customer has given marketing permission.

Note: There may be event-specific differences in the customer report.

Attendees Report

If you have collected attendee data in addition to customer data, it will be found in this report. The report displays the information specified in the attendee information form.

  • Download – You can download the sales report in Excel format.

  • Order Time – When the order was made.

  • Payment Time – When the order was paid.

  • Status – Order status, such as paid or reserved.

  • Order Code – Unique order number.

  • Customer – Customer’s email address.

  • Product – Purchased product.

Fillrate Report

The fulfillment report tab shows how much of the available products have been sold and how much is still left. The time-based tab displays sales data if the event has time-based sales.

Event fill rate

  • Total Products (units) – Number of products set for sale.

  • Total Products Sold (units) – Total number of products sold.

  • Available (units) – Quantity of products still available.

  • Fulfillment Rate (%) – Percentage of products sold.

Fill rate breakdown

  • Product Category – Product name.

  • Total Quantity (units) – Quantity of the product set for sale.

  • Sold (units) – Number of units sold.

  • Available (units) – Number of units available.

  • Fulfillment Rate (%) – Percentage of the product sold.

Time-Based Sales

The time-based sales report is active when the event has calendar-based purchasing, i.e., time-based sales.

  • Filter by Time – Filter by desired start and end time.

  • Expand – Display the report in full screen.

  • Download XLSX – Download as an Excel file.

  • Product – Select the product to view.

  • Chart – The chart displays the quantity of products sold over the sales period. It also shows the total number of available products. From here, you can view how many tickets were sold on each day.
