Your LT Give platform is integrated with a robust, third-party mass-email tool.  In LT Give, this tool is called "Communication." 

In the integration, there is an issue that when you click the "Communication," you MIGHT see a blank white screen instead of the Communications Tool controls.

To fix the white screen issue, do the following steps:  

  1. On the white screen, scroll down until you see a link titled "Troubleshoot problems."  Click the link.

2. At the bottom left, you will now see the words "Searching for solution..."  AND a small window at the bottom right.  Click the "X" button on the window to close the window.

3. The Communications Tool controls should now appear.
