When in the IOS app users are not seeing inbox messages and/or are unable to see compose screen correctly.  Screen is black when viewing (see below picture examples). 

Our engineering staff has been made aware of the issue and are working on a fix.  

In the meantime users can resolve this issue by turning off dark mode in IOS from their brightness settings.

To turn Dark Mode on or off from Control Center, pull down from the top-right corner of your device, then touch and hold the brightness control 

. Then tap 

 Dark Mode On or 

 Dark Mode Off.

From settings you can do this by completing the following: 

  1. Go to Settings > Display & Brightness.
  2. Select Light to turn off Dark Mode.
