The Emergency Alert button is a quick access button to help produce a message that gets sent in all formats, across all groups in your school or district. This feature is only available for administrators from the Conversations Screen.
This will allow you to quickly produce a message that is sent immediately across the entire network. The Emergency Alert overrides any notification preferences that any parent and/or staff has set in their profile. This means that even if a notification was turned off for a user, the emergency message will still be received.
