When sending a Scheduled or Sequenced Mass-Email to your potential donors, to help ensure that the content on your email looks correct (as email recipients would receive them), you can send a test email to up to 5 email addresses.
To send a Test Email, follow the steps:
1) Within your Scheduled or Sequenced Mass-Email, after you have set the various parameters (IE - contact type, email template, email subject and wording, etc) for your email, click the "Sent Test Email" button at the bottom.
2) A popup appears. Enter the email(s), separated by commas, where you would like to send your test email and click the "Send Test Email" button. A test email is sent to only those recipient's email addresses entered in the popup.
