To reset your password from the Livingtree login screen:
- Click on the "Forgot Password?" button, located to the lower right of the login button.
2. You are routed to a "Forgot Password" page. In the field, enter the email address associated with your LT Give account, in the provided field.
NOTE: If you are a user (IE - teacher, school, school admin/bookkeeper) within one of LT Give's District customers, this is your district/school issued email address.
Click the "Request" button.
3. You will receive an email with a link to a reset password page. Click "here" on the link to be routed to the reset password page.
4. On the Reset Password page, enter your new password and repeat to confirm.
5. Done - Your password has been reset! You will receive an email confirming that your password was changed. You will also be provided with a link to go back to the login page where you can login to your account.
