While your fundraising campaign is active, you can at any time send "Updates," which are sent as email notifications about the campaign to previous donors.

To send campaign updates, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Login to your Edbacker account
  • Step 2: Find your campaign in Fundraising > Campaigns > "Active Campaigns" and click the campaign title (see below)
  • Step 3: After clicking campaign title, you will be routed to the campaign page. Click the "Updates" link (see below)
  • Step 4: Enter Update title and description. Click "Add Update." Your campaign update will be sent to any donors who had previously donated to your campaign (tagged as "Donor" in your account's "Contacts" section).
