Is the Communications Feature in my Edbacker Account Active? (how can I tell if the 30 day trial period expired)? If, after logging in to your account, you click on the "Communication" tab (on the left side of your screen) and you are immediately routed to the "Subscription" tab, this means that the Communications Feature is not active and that your 30 day trial period has expired. See screenshot below.

How do I "re-activate" my Account's Communication Feature? To re-activate, you would need to pay the subscription fee for this feature, which can be done on the "Subscription" tab.

On the "Subscription" tab, you are presented with three payment options:

1) Pay by Check ($300 annual subscription fee) - Approximate 5-7 business days for mailing, processing, and activation. To proceed with this option, please do the following steps:

  • Click the "Pay by check" box to reveal a popup displaying instructions and address where the annual subscription fee (paper check) can be mailed. See screenshot below. Note: Checks can be an organization's business checks or personal checks (IE - those individuals representing an account's organization and paying the fee on behalf of the organization. Cashier's checks and money orders welcome). Mail check to the address.
  • After mailing payment, please email info@edbacker.com and CC support@edbacker.com notifying us that payment has been sent.
  • Once payment has been received, the Communications feature will be activated. An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of payment. The Communications feature will be active in your account for 365 days from the date of activation.

2) Pay by Card (annual subscription fee) - Online payment & immediate activation: To proceed with this option, please do the following steps:

  • Click the "Pay by card" box to be routed to a credit card payment page. At the top of the page, notice the confirmation message "You are going to buy Edbacker Annual Subscription for $300." See screenshot below.
  • Enter your credit card information (IE - card number, exp date, CVV). Major credit cards welcome, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, etc.
  • After payment is processed, your Communications feature will automatically be activated for use.
  • An email receipt will be sent confirming payment.

3) Pay by Card (monthly subscription fee) - Online payment & immediate activation: To proceed with this option, please do the following steps:

  • Click the "Pay by card" box to be routed to a credit card payment page. At the top of the page, notice the confirmation message "You are going to buy Edbacker Monthly Subscription for $29." See screenshot below.
  • Enter your credit card information (IE - card number, exp date, CVV). Major credit cards welcome, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, etc. Note: Your credit card information will be saved for automatic monthly recurring withdrawal, unless canceled. To cancel a monthly recurring credit card payment, please email us at support@edbacker.com.
  • After payment is processed, your Communications feature will automatically be activated for use.
  • An email receipt will be sent confirming payment.
