Issue Description (Steps):

  1. You have an Android Mobile device (i.e., smartphone, tablet, etc.)
  2. You download the Livingtree Engage mobile app
  3. When the message "Start Your App" appears, you are routed to a "Lion" page (see screenshot below)
  4. You are stuck and cannot move forward
  5. Deleting and re-installing the App does not fix the issue.

Current Workaround:

Access your account via computer

  1. If you are new to Livingtree and have received a welcome SMS text (welcoming you to access your Livingtree account), with a temporary username and temporary password.  Make note of these temporary login credentials.
  2. Go to the Livingtree login screen: https://engage.livingtree.com/login
  3. Using your temporary credentials, log in to your account via our website.  There you can see posts, put posts in, etc.

Once the issue described at the top, you will be able to access your account via your Android mobile device and the Livingtree App.
