In your Livingtree Give account, if you are attempting to use the Communications feature and experience the following:

  1. You click the Communications Tab
  2. The screen remains white

This could be due to an issue dealing with the Safari browser.

If you are using a Safari browser and this issue occurs, our engineering team has added a "Troubleshoot problems" link at the bottom of the screen (scroll down).

To resolve, please click the link and wait and or refresh your browser.  This should resolve the issue and you can use the communications feature from there.
