Issue description

When attempting to login, your username and password are correct, but the screen shows Verifying credentials for a long time and does nothing.

Troubleshooting/Resolution

  1. Check if the login page/URL that you are on is: https://www.livingtree.com/login. Note: This is the incorrect URL.
  2. Enter the following correct login page/URL and try logging in again:  https://engage.livingtree.com/login

3. If you are on the correct page/URL (i.e., https://engage.livingtree.com) and are still unable to log in or receive an error message, try clearing the cache/cookies on your web browser.

4. If you still have problems logging in, contact Livingtree Support at support@livingtree.com for further assistance.
