When attempting to login, your username and password are correct, but the screen shows Verifying credentials for a long time and does nothing.
- Check if the login page/URL that you are on is: https://www.livingtree.com/login. Note: This is the incorrect URL.
- Enter the following correct login page/URL and try logging in again: https://engage.livingtree.com/login
3. If you are on the correct page/URL (i.e., https://engage.livingtree.com) and are still unable to log in or receive an error message, try clearing the cache/cookies on your web browser.
